Buildings drawn from IMTS's own hall geofences (true north up). Booth numbers encode location: first digit = building (1 East · 2 North · 3 South · 4 West), second digit = level. Tap a hall card to open it on the map.
Booth meetings
Recordings are saved only on this phone — nothing is uploaded while you walk. When you are back at the hotel on Wi-Fi, tap Transcribe on a meeting (or "Transcribe all pending"): the audio goes from this phone straight to Google Gemini under your own API key, and the minutes come back here. Share or email them from the meeting page.
Gemini API key (yours — stays in this browser)
Free at aistudio.google.com/apikey → Create API key. Free tier covers a full show week (audio included). No card needed.

How to use this planner
1 · Before the show (laptop)
Type your name top-right. In Explore, search words that matter to you (e.g. workholding, vacuum chuck, deburring) or use the flags, hall and sector filters. Tap the stars on each row: ★5 must visit · ★3 can see · ★1 only if time; skip greys it out so you don't reconsider it. Tap a row for details, a note ("ask about…"), a show day and a person.
2 · Plan the days
In Plan, set a day for each starred exhibitor (or bulk-assign, e.g. all ★5 in West L3 → Tuesday). Each day card shows stops and estimated hours; it warns when a day is over 8 h. Add team names and assign booths to people.
3 · At the show (phone)
Open the same link on your phone. Map: pick the hall; starred booths are coloured with the exhibitor name on them; tap a booth for details. Press 📍 and type the booth you are standing at (or ◎ for GPS), then Route from here for a nearest-first path along the aisles. Walk lists today's stops per hall — tick each booth as you leave it; the tick shows on the map and to your colleagues. Record who you met and the follow-up in the booth's details; Export CSV in Explore gets everything into Excel.
Sharing
If the top-right dot says synced, everyone opening this link sees the same marks live. If it says local only, marks stay on this device — use Copy plan code / Paste plan code in Plan to hand a plan to a colleague (WhatsApp works). Star ratings, notes, days and visits all travel with the code.
Recording a booth conversation
Open the exhibitor → Record conversation → tick consent → ●. The audio is saved on this phone only (works with no signal). Later, on Wi-Fi, go to Meetings → Settings → paste your own free Gemini API key → Transcribe. You get a transcript and minutes (people met, products, prices & lead times, who promised what, follow-ups, open questions) which you can share, email or download. Nothing is ever sent to Blue Photon.
Tips
Booth numbers encode the building: 1xxxxx East, 2xxxxx North, 3xxxxx South, 4xxxxx West; the second digit is the level. Indoor GPS is often 20–50 m off — trust the booth you typed over the blue dot. The page works offline once loaded; your marks are kept on the device and re-sync when you're back online.
