Four steps.
Two before you fly.
Shortlisting and planning happen on a laptop at your desk. Walking, recording and scanning happen on your phone. The minutes arrive the same evening.

Before the show
Shortlist
Search all 1,752 exhibitors by name, product category, country or hall. Mark each one 1–5 stars, add a note on what to ask, and share the list with colleagues or dealers.

Plan
Plan each day
Assign booths to days; the planner orders them hall by hall into a walk list with a route. Print an A4 pack of the maps with your booths highlighted as the paper fallback.

At the show
Walk, record, scan
The hall map shows where you are and the next booth. At each stand, record the conversation (with the exhibitor's consent), photograph the visiting card and your notes. Everything is saved on the phone — no network needed.

Same evening
Get the minutes
Back at the hotel, press Process: your phone sends each recording straight to Google's Gemini and gets back a transcript, minutes, next actions and the card details — grouped per exhibitor, ready to share or email.

Conversations that never reach us
ExpoWalk was built by a trade-show visitor who did not want his supplier conversations on someone else's server. So the app has none. This is architecture, not a promise.
- [✓]Recordings, photos, transcripts and minutes live only on your device. The app has no upload path for them.
- [✓]Processing goes from your phone directly to Google's Gemini API (paid tier, not used for training). ExpoWalk's server only hands your phone a one-hour permission token and counts how many you used — it never sees the content.
- [✓]The only things we store are the details you choose to give us when you sign in (name, company, email, phone) and usage counters.

First 100 visitors:
we pay for the AI
Sign in and ExpoWalk covers 25 recordings, 300 card/note scans and 8 hours of audio per person. No card. Beyond that — or if you prefer — paste your own free Gemini key in the app and ExpoWalk's server is not involved at all. The only thing we ask in return: permission to contact you about the app and about precision-manufacturing products.
Rather not sign in?
Everything except the paid-for AI works without an account.
Directory, maps, stars, day plans, recording and scanning need no sign-in. For the AI, get a free Gemini API key from Google (two minutes) and paste it under Meetings → Settings — then no ExpoWalk server is involved in anything you do.

Ask first. It works.
Illinois, like many places, requires everyone in a private conversation to agree to being recorded. The app reminds you before each recording. Most exhibitors say yes when they hear you'll get accurate minutes of what they promised.
Put it on your home screen
Works like an app. No store.
Android (Chrome): open expowalk.app/imts2026 → ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen (or "Install app"). iPhone (Safari): open the same link → Share button → Add to Home Screen. Then always open it from the icon — recordings and notes are stored inside that app.
Any phone, any country
Runs in the browser you already have — Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone, anything on a laptop. No app store, no account needed to start, and the exhibitor directory covers companies from more than 30 countries.
